Open Farm Days 2026: Join us in celebrating the new harvest at Krimnianiotis Estate with Olive Groves LIVA!
The Open Farm Days 2026 event is back, and Krimnianiotis Estate – LIVA Olive Groves in Ariochori, Kalamata opens its welcoming doors! On Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 11:00 to 16:00, we invite you to experience a hands-on journey centered around olive oil, organic farming, and the Greek countryside.
What’s on the schedule?
- Hands-on Harvesting & Production Process: Follow every step of the journey, from harvesting the olives to producing the season’s very first fresh olive oil.
- Tasting & Food Pairing: Sample different olive oil varieties as well as unique creations infused with essential oils, discovering their rich flavor profiles.
- Health Claim & Polyphenols Presentation: Learn about the health-protective properties of premium olive oil, the added value of polyphenols, aromatic and medicinal plants, and essential guidelines for proper storage (informative handouts will also be provided).
- Hospitality & Treats: Enjoy complimentary fresh natural pomegranate juice, traditional tsipouro, and local wine!
- Guided Tour of the Organic Farm: Visitors of all ages can explore our vegetable garden, fruit orchards, and meet the farm’s animals and birds.
- Organic Farm Market: Throughout the event, guests will have the opportunity to purchase our certified organic farm products directly from the producer.
