Aristoil Project

Dr Nikolaos Krimnianiotis, olive grower, General Manager, from 1995 to 2017, of the European Group for Territorial Cooperation EFXINI POLI, knowing the health-protective properties of the Olive Oil he produced (Olive Oil LIVA), the Mediterranean Health Protective Olive Oil, through the European Mediterranean Programme INTERREG MED, and the professors – researchers of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Athens, Sbt. Professor Prokopis Mayatis and Dr. Eleni Melios.

The aim of the program is to increase the oil producers’ income, helping them to produce more oil and to help them produce Health Claim olive oil.
