Dr. Nicholaos Krimnianiotis – Producer, welcomed the customers and friends who came to see and taste the new certified health product (Health Claim). Olive Oil LIVA stole the impressions. The University of Athens Analysis Certificate accompanying the bottle, confirms that the olive oil LIVA contains more than 250mg hydroxytyrosol derivatives per 1Kg of oil (namely 1582mg / Kg) and therefore belongs to the category of oils that protect against oxidation of blood lipids in accordance with the EU Regulation 432/2012. The Elaiokanthali and Elaiasini substances possess significant biological activity and are assigned antiinflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective properties. Particularly Elaiokanthali has protective activity against the Alzheimer’s disease and anti-cancer properties. Finally, it helps to control skin aging.
